This notice explains how we use information submitted through this eZefix pilot enquiry website.

Who we are

EZEFIX AI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is the controller of information submitted through this website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to mark@ezefix.co.uk.

Information we collect

We collect the details you enter in an enquiry: your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact time and the challenge you describe. For landlords, this also includes property count and your management choice. For agents, it includes company name, managed property count and branch count. Technical request information, such as an internet protocol address, may also be used to protect the site from spam and abuse.

How and why we use it

We use this information to handle and respond to your enquiry, discuss possible pilot participation, manage related correspondence and protect the website. An enquiry is not a formal application, enrolment, tenancy or contract.

We rely on our legitimate interests in answering requested business enquiries, arranging possible pilot discussions and preventing abuse. Where applicable, we may also process information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for unsolicited marketing.

Information may be handled by authorised EZEFIX personnel, our email-delivery provider Resend, and Lovable and underlying suppliers that provide website hosting and infrastructure where applicable. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and international processing

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry and any pilot follow-up, and to meet applicable legal obligations. We review and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Our providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK law treats this as a restricted transfer, the transfer must be covered by an applicable recognised safeguard.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to restrict or object to its use. Contact mark@ezefix.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Cookies and tracking

This enquiry website does not currently include advertising or marketing analytics. Essential technical processing may still be carried out by the website platform and infrastructure needed to provide and protect the site.
